  • Engaging, tough and above all fun! That’s how I would describe my training with Adrian. I have trained with Adrian for over a year now and because of his efforts and constant motivation I have become stronger, fitter, faster and leaner, but most importantly Adrian has turned working out from a chore to a boogie. Yes he will work you hard and aim to get everything you can give but he also keeps you going, picks you up and makes you believe that you can do it when you think you can’t. Adrian thinks outside of the box and tailors an exercise programme, which both meets your goals and what’s best for your body, but is also diverse and constantly changing with you as your needs and goals develop. His professionalism, extensive knowledge and enthusiastic commitment to his work and ultimately to his clients provides the perfect scenario for success and sets the foundations for a healthier new lifestyle and a new you. Amelia ChapmanI only had four sessions with Adrian, but two weeks later, for the first time in several years, I walked down the street without any twinges in my leg. I can’t say the process wasn’t painful, but it was a good pain. Adrian showed me how to treat myself and he was unwaveringly professional and genuinely interested in helping me. I’ve recommended him to all my friends.Kate McIlwain

Coaching Style

  • Adrian understands everyone is different with different needs. No one program is the same where the training and nutritional guidance are specific to you. They are complimented to your lifestyle, as he see’s you as a whole to find the right balance. He see’s the client’s wants but also gives them what they need to reach the next level and achieve more than what they expect.

Top Training Tip

  • 24 hours in a day, that’s all we have. There is time if you make it, planning ahead and making the initiative to be on top of your own success.

One of the most important principles we work with is meeting you exactly ‘where you’re at’ on any given day. We understand that what might work well on one day might not work so well on another and respect the body’s natural intelligence. This flexible way of working means we’re always delivering exceptional results driven sessions, giving you the work-out that will challenge you best on the day.

A Tim Hayes Lifestyle Fitness Personal Trainer will look at what you do in everyday life and how you go about it, taking note of the movements and habits you repeat often and naturally. By creating fitness programmes based on so-called ‘functional movement’, we work with the body rather than against it, helping you reach your physical best in keeping with your unique physiology.

Our primary goal is to deliver a specific result for each client and this is addressed on an individual basis. We do not promise specific results as each client is different and results vary from person to person.
